Must knows!

Attire

Our theme is "Colourful," and we invite you to embrace vibrant summer colours! Please wear tidy formal attire, keeping in mind that it will likely be a warm day in Kaiapoi. As a special request, we ask our siblings and parents to wear blue to represent our "something blue."

Alcohol

The bar will open at 7 PM, coinciding with our kid’s departure, allowing for a seamless transition to the evening celebration. The bar will feature Corona, Heineken, two types of cider, rosé, and Sauvignon Blanc, available for $2 per drink—cash only, in an honesty box system. We kindly ask that you bring plenty of $2 coins. Please do not bring any outside alcohol or drinks to Bramble Grove, as this will result in removal from the venue and potential fines.

Social Media

We respectfully ask that you refrain from posting any photos from our wedding on social media until we have had the chance to share pictures and videos with family members unable to attend due to health reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

Digital Photo Album

We encourage you to capture plenty of photos and videos from after the ceremony through to the end of the evening. Please upload any content you take to our digital album, which will be printed alongside our professional photographs. All memories captured by our guests are important to us. A QR code for uploading will be available on the day. Thank you for contributing to our special memories!

Sober Driver

We will provide a sober driver available to take guests home from 9 PM onwards. This service will cover Belfast, Kaiapoi, Woodend, Pegasus, and Rangiora and will depart once the vehicle is full.

After Party

All guests must depart Bramble Grove by 11 PM at the latest. The celebration will continue at Wayne and Geri's home, located at 28 Dawson Douglas Place, Kaiapoi. Bring your karaoke voice! The after party is BYO; please drop off any alcohol at their house on Friday 10th January, for chilling (note that all bottle stores in Kaiapoi close at 9 PM).
