How it all began! True love starts with a swipe! Whitney thought Nick was an asshole based on text messages. Good thing Nick was able to make up for it in person!

First Time Meeting/First Picture Together! Nick and Whit were out (separately) supporting local reputable establishments! After a couple hours, Nick gained the courage to ask Whit to meet up!

Prom 2019! Nick and Whit served as chaperones at Northview's (Nick's employer) Prom! They dressed to impress and Nick even made a promposal!

Whit's first time watching Coach Smith and the JV Baseball Team! She became the team's biggest fan! #GoCats

They celebrated Whit's birthday at Fifth Third Park! It is the same place they went on their first date!

Nick surprised Whit at Roguewood Elementary (Whit's employer) on her birthday!

Whitney and Nick were all smiles getting ready for the Dave Matthews Band concert at Pine Knob! It was Whit's second time seeing them live, and Nick's 28th time! "We can always look back at what we did. All these memories of you and me baby. But right now it's you and me forever girl. And you know we could do better than anything that we did. You know that you and me, we could do anything."

Nick and Whit took advantage of his parents' Wesco popcorn refill bucket! They stopped at over 10 Wesco stations on the way back to Grand Rapids from Manistee! To this day, this is one of their favorite memories!

Nick and Whit took a last minute trip to Detroit for their first Tigers game together! They had an amazing night watching their favorite, yet terrible team, eating ball park food, and attempting to get on the scoreboard by dancing! They also captured their favorite photo!

Nick planned a surprise date night for Whit to see her favorite country musician, Eric Church! Another moment of the couple's "Record Year!"

After waking up in a pool of sweat and a temperature of 105°, Whit rushed Nick to the emergency room! The experience allowed the couple to grow, as Whit's patience was often tested! She took tremendous care of Nick as he recovered from pneumonia!

Happy Halloween! Nick and Whit were super excited for their first Halloween as a couple! They dressed up in some of Nick's previous costumes, and had a riot passing out candy!

Nick took Whitney to the Crisler Center (#TheHouseThatStuBuilt) for her first Michigan Basketball game! She loved everything about the experience! She is now a die hard fan, especially for Head Coach Juwan Howard, and she cannot wait until they can once again attend games in person!

In case you haven't noticed, Nick is a pretty big U of M fan. He is a football season ticket holder. Whit experienced her first trip to the Big House the day after attending her first U of M Basketball game! Perfect Weekend (in Nick's opinion)! Whit has learned if she can put up with Nick after a Michigan loss, she can put up with anything!

Whit pulled together THE BEST surprise party for Nick's 30th Birthday! A plethora of Nick's closest known friends & trusted agents gathered together for a rare night out to fowl and beverage!

After a little over a year of dating, Nick asked Whit's family for permission to marry her. Nick proposed to Whit on his parents' wedding anniversary, his grandparents' wedding anniversary, and his great-grandparents' wedding anniversary!

This is without question the worst experience of their relationship! Nick, Whit, and his parents were involved in a serious car accident! Thankfully, everyone came out alive! Of course, Nick had to capture the moment, and attempted to add humor by telling Whit to smile! Evidently, she didn't get the memo!
