We ask that you RSVP on our website under the RSVP tab by May 1st. As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we are limited to the number of guests. Please see the online RSVP form for the number of guests allotted to your invite. Due to necessity rather than choice, it is children of immediate family only. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!

There are hotel rooms and camp sites available at UAW. A block of rooms are held under Vogelheim wedding and can be reserved by calling 989-733-8521. Lodging is within walking distance of the reception. UAW does provide a shuttle service within the grounds.

UAW only allows Union made/American made vehicles onsite (those made from the USA and Canada). Vehicle vin # starting with a 1, 2, 4, or 5 will be allowed to park within the grounds. All other vehicles will be checked at the gate in an overflow lot and a shuttle will meet you there to take you to the reception/lodging area. Check-in with security first so that they know you are there and if needed, allow 30 minutes to be shuttled in.

Please allow 30 minutes prior to start times to ensure you are seated. The ceremony will promptly start at 1PM. Due to the UAW vehicle policy, please allow this extra time to check-in with security and arrange for a shuttle ride if necessary. Entrances and speeches will begin at 5:30PM.

We will be having a full mass ceremony (70 minutes). There is limited parking directly in-front of the church with a large parking lot behind the church, accessible from Poplar St. We invite you to be truly present with us during our wedding with an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony conclusion!

While we are out and about taking photos and celebrating we ask you do the same! This would be a great time to check out local establishments (see things to do) and check-in to your room for those guests that are staying.

Cocktail hour will begin at 5PM with wedding party entrances starting at 5:30PM. Dinner will start around 6PM following entrances/speeches. Last call for the open bar will be at 9:30PM. The reception will conclude at 11PM.
