We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

While we love little ones, we respectfully request no children in attendance.

We recommend that you arrive 20 minutes before the ceremony starts to ensure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled. The ceremony starts at 6:00pm.

Yes! We have a block of rooms at the Warwick Hotel in Downtown Denver and The Denver Marriot Westminster. Hotel specific booking links and information can be found on the Travel page.

The guaranteed room rate cutoff date for both hotels is Monday, August 5, 2024

In Colorado, layers are typically your best friend. It may be quite warm on a sunny day, and then chilly as soon as the sun goes down due to the altitude. Having a coat available after dark is suggested!

The ceremony will take place outdoors while dinner and dancing will take place indoors.

Please contact us directly for any dietary restrictions so that we can make sure our catering team is prepared!

The Event Center has private parking for over 150 cars. We encourage guests who feel it is not appropriate to drive after the event to leave their cars in the parking lot. The gates to the parking lot will be open at 9 AM on Saturday, and we ask that you pick up your cars before 10 AM.
