The venue is about 25 minutes by car from Tucson International Airport.

We and many of our out-of-town guests will be staying at The Eddy Hotel, which is just 2 miles from the venue. We have a hotel block discount for the event: to book two nights (Fri + Sat) at the Eddy, follow this link.

There is no arranged transportation between the hotel and venue, but we encourage folks to carpool whenever possible.

NOTE: If you're flying with a layover, we have had issues with connections at Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW). Unfortunately that's the most convenient hub to get to Tucson, but we recommend avoiding it if possible as the delays have been really bad lately.
