Since we first met we have been best friends and have leaned on each other with everything. For the past few years we have seen each other almost every day, and each day apart is not fun. In 2023 I decided to go to college in River Falls, that school year was miserable without our almost-daily hangouts. So, in April of 2024 we decided to start looking for homes between River Falls and Forest Lake. We settled in Northern Hudson in the most beautiful home on a few acres. We have created a thriving life together since then.
After moving to Hudson in August of 2024, we have adopted on 3 pets along with the 2 we already had. Will had Lainey - our crazy German Shorthaired Pointer, and I had Koda - our absolutely lazy couch potato pitbull mix rescue. In October of 2024 we got our first kitten - Forest from AHS woodbury, the cutest gray addition. In November of 2024 we did more research and realize cats thrive in pairs, so we adopted or tuxedo kitten - Clover! Finally, in November of 2024 we also started fostering dogs. Our first foster went to the most wonderful home, and our second foster is with us forever. The second we laid eyes on him, we knew he would be ours. So December 2024, we adopted our pitbull mix puppy - River! Since then we have absolutely loved our animals. Early spring of 2025 we added 30 chickens to our home and early 2026 we added 4 goats!We absolutely love the crazy homestead life we’ve created, and we are so happy to have you guys along with us for the ride.
