Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, this will be an adult (18+) only event, with the exception of children in our wedding party. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a means to relax and enjoy without your little ones. We thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring a date?

Your invitation will be made out to “(Your name) & Guest/Date” if a plus one has been extended to you. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any additional guests. We appreciate your understanding.

When should I arrive at the Ceremony?

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm, please make sure you arrive no later than 4:15pm. A chilled glass of champagne will await you upon your arrival.

Is there a dress code?

Business casual, but no jeans please.

Is the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception inside or outside?

All parts of our wedding will be happening outside surrounded by oak trees.

What will the weather be like?

The average temperature in Fallbrook in early April is 65, highs getting to 75 and lows to 52. Please note this is an outside event so when the sun goes down it will become chilly. There will be some outdoor heaters, but please dress accordingly.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Yes, free parking is provided at the venue.

What is the shuttle service?

Since the venue is relatively remote and we are having an open bar, we are planning on hiring a shuttle to go between the Hampton Inn & Suites (see travel page for hotel info) and the venue. However, there will be limited space available on the shuttle. The shuttle will depart from the hotel promptly at 3:30pm and will arrive at the venue shortly before the ceremony begins. The trip for these types of shuttles is approximately 45 minutes (we've been told) so please ensure you plan accordingly and do not be late as the shuttle will depart at the set time whether you are there or not. At the end of the evening the shuttle will return to the hotel. Due to the inflexibility of the shuttle’s schedule, if you do not plan on staying until the end of the reception you should not plan to use the shuttle. More information on the shuttle schedule will be posted closer to the wedding date.

How do I let you know if I have dietary restrictions?

In the electronic RSVP you are able to notify us of any dietary restrictions you may have. You can also email us at: wlweddingstuff@gmail.com.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! There will be an open bar with an assortment of wines, beers, liquor, and mixers. There will also be non-alcoholic beverages. The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you.

May I take photos or videos of the ceremony?

As we tie the knot, please be our guest, our photographer will do the rest! After the ceremony, photos and videos are welcomed and encouraged!
