When you arrive at our Venue please tell valet you are there for the Hicks wedding, which you will then be directed to the Birchwood Room. Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, and we’d love for everyone to be settled in and ready by 5:30 PM so we can start on time. Your presence is incredibly important to us, and we want to ensure you don’t miss a single moment of this special occasion. Please arrive early to allow time to find your seat and enjoy the atmosphere as we prepare to exchange our vows and begin this beautiful journey together. We can’t wait to share this unforgettable moment with you! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be located at the same place. The reception ends at 11pm but we don't want the fun to stop there. We rented out the speakeasy located at The Four Seasons Westlake Village to continue the celebration until 2am. It is rare to have all of our family and friends in the same place so we want to ensure we get the most time with you! We can't wait to celebrate our love with you all!
