The venue is approximately a 1.5 hour drive from the city. While the on-site accommodations are reserved for the bridal party only, there are several hotels nearby with blocks reserved for our guests. Airbnb or VRBO are also options if you'd appreciate more space. Click on the 'Lodging' tab for more information!

Once invitations are mailed, guests will be able to RSVP on this website! Please RVSP as soon as possible, but no later than April 12, 2025. If we do not hear back by this date, you will be marked as 'not attending' to help our vendors plan accordingly.

There will be ample parking for all guests at Sparrow Hill! Parking attendants will help the flow of traffic. Guests who require mobility assistance can be dropped off right at the ceremony site. The reception space is just a few steps away, as are restrooms.

The ceremony will be held outside, and the reception will be semi-indoors in a covered pavilion. If it is to rain, the ceremony will be held indoors. The wedding will be in late spring, so while the weather can be unpredictable, please dress accordingly!

We are asking that guests dress in semi-formal attire. Think slacks and button-downs; suits; short, midi, or long-length dresses; rompers or jumpsuits. No t-shirts, shorts, jeans, sneakers or flip-flops, please! Please reserve the color white for the bride.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m. Please arrive no later than 4:15 p.m. to allow yourself enough time to be seated.

We kindly ask that our ceremony remain unplugged—that is, we would prefer you to be present and let the professional photographers handle things! We invite you to take all the photos you would like during cocktail hour and the reception.

All invited guests will be specifically named on your invitation and in the RSVP portal. While we wish we could accommodate everyone, we would like to keep our celebration intimate with those closest to us. Thank you for your understanding!
