We invite you to RSVP online through our website's "RSVP" tab. You will search for your full name in the search box to find your invitation. There, you will choose whether you accept or decline.
What date should I RSVP for?
We ask that you RSVP by May 9, 2025.
If I am unable to attend, do I still need to RSVP?
Yes, every invited guest must respond by accepting or declining the invitation. You may RSVP online by clicking "will not attend" for each person in your party. Please adhere to these guidelines as this helps the bride and groom have an accurate count for all invited guests.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our evening ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place in and around an open-concept modern barn. Guests will walk to the ceremony on a stone-paved pathway but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Yes! We want to ensure you have a place to stay while attending our wedding if you so choose. We have reserved blocks at two hotels for a discounted price. You can find all hotel information on our "Travel" tab.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Our dress code is semi-formal or dressy casual. We recommend that ladies wear midi- or knee-length dresses, skirts, dress pants, and a nice blouse. For men, we recommend dress pants and a dress shirt.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to limited space at our venue, we cannot accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to William's house at 2205 E 5th St. Bloomington, IN 47408. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
Could you give me a link to your gift registry?
Of course! You can follow this link (https://www.theknot.com/theyoders25/registry) or click our website's "Registry" tab.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 pm, and late arrivals may not be seated until after the ceremony. Since the driveway and parking area are close to the ceremony site, late arrivals could cause a disruption. Please plan to arrive early so you don’t miss this special moment!
