The ceremony will be held at the Assiniboine Park Pavilion. The address is 55 Pavilion Cr., Winnipeg, MB. We intend to have the ceremony outdoors and the reception indoors. Please wear light and comfy clothing. It is more important to us that you are comfortable than dressed up. The venue requests that we don't throw rice, flowers, food or confetti. The park is a natural place filled with wildlife.

Please arrive at 6 pm for the ceremony. You will be seated and the ceremony will begin shortly after.

The reception will follow the ceremony, in the same location.

Winnipeg's summers are HOT. They can be dry or humid. We suggest wearing suncreen during the day and ensuring you are wearing light and comfortable clothing.

Please let us know if you require vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free meals. In addition, please let us know if you have any allergies.

Several guests are immune compromised. We ask that guests maintain social distancing protocols during the wedding and reception. Willow's parents specifically request social distancing and a hug-free hello. Thank you in advance.

The most important thing to us is that you can celebrate with us during our wedding. If you wish to give a gift, we will gratefully accept a small contribution towards our new life together.
