You can visit the falls and hike the trail. This is a strenuous trail, however the falls are right at the beginning so you don't have to hike to see them. There is a small fee to park in the lot.
This outfitter provides tubes and shuttle services. You can pack a small cooler to take with you. Recommend a dry bag to keep your keys/phone/etc. dry.

Ride the alpine slide at Howelsen Hill. Enjoy scenic views of downtown Steamboat Springs as you ride a chairlift to the top of historic Howelsen Hill.

Pearl Lake is the location up North on the lake. The Steamboat location rents paddleboards as well. Would recommend making a reservation for paddleboards to ensure they have some available.
Saddleback Ranch offers horseback rides over the hills and through the trees of the Yampa Valley. Saddleback Ranch is located just 20 minutes from downtown Steamboat.
Strawberry Park Hot Springs blends the pure natural beauty of the environment with the unique stone masonry of our thermal pools. The springs are a short drive or shuttle trip from downtown Steamboat Springs and the Steamboat Ski Area.
