Transportation will be provided to and from the celebration in Kingstree for guests staying at the hotel. Shuttles will depart from the First Citizens Bank adjacent to the hotel. To Ceremony: Guests may begin boarding at 4:30 PM, with buses departing promptly at 5:00 PM. Following the ceremony, shuttles will transport guests to the reception. Return Shuttles: 9:30 PM (early departure) 11:00 PM (final departure) Additional details will also be included in your welcome baskets. We kindly encourage guests to utilize the provided transportation, as rideshare services in the area are limited.

ArtFields Festival We are so excited that our wedding weekend coincides with ArtFields, Lake City’s celebrated annual art festival. Beginning April 10th through May 2nd, the town is transformed into a vibrant gallery experience featuring artists from across the Southeast. Exhibition Hours During Our Wedding Weekend: Thursday, April 16 – Saturday, April 18 | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM What to Enjoy: Art Exhibitions: Explore artwork displayed throughout local galleries and venues across town. People’s Choice Voting: Guests can participate by registering on the ArtFields website and activating their pass upon arrival in Lake City. Public Art Installations: Watch artists bring large-scale works to life throughout the festival districts. Artist in Residence: Visit the JP Matthews building to contribute to an interactive mural by this year’s featured artist. Food Trucks: Available throughout downtown from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM, alongside local restaurants. Moore Farms Botanical Garden: Open daily from 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (closed Sundays), with guided tours available. If you have time during the weekend, we highly encourage you to explore and enjoy this special event—it’s a unique part of what makes Lake City so wonderful.
