We want to welcome you to our beautiful city with a casual evening of catching up with family and friends! As well as an early look at the bride & groom-to-be! Come share a margarita, glass of cava, wine, or a beer at Xavier and Karen’s favorite restaurant in Charleston, The Matador! If you know Xavier, he’s part Mexican, part Spanish, and I believe part Italian... We will have drinks, snacks, and desserts from 7:30 to 10:30. It's a short Uber or Lyft ride away from your hotel! Please enjoy downtown Charleston's great culinary scene and charm, and come on over when you please. We will be on the second floor. We have listed many restaurants in walking distance or quick Uber from the Matador and a few things to do in the area if you choose to spend the afternoon leading up to our gathering. Outdoor venue! Ceremony will be outdoors and reception under the tent! Prepare for cooler weather! Transportation to the wedding will depart Hampton Inn at 3:15 pm.
