We recommend arriving 30 minutes early, as we will be starting promptly at 3:30pm.

We are having an "Unplugged" ceremony. So please plan on keeping devices on silent and away during the ceremony. We will have two photographers covering the ceremony, so just sit back and relax!

We will be taking care of everyone's first drinks during cocktail hour, and will then will switch over to a cash bar for the rest of the evening. Please note: the cash bar only accepts debit and credit cards. So please plan accordingly!

Please see the RSVP page of our website. There you can indicate any dietary restrictions and allergies. The vegan or vegetarian meals will be "Chef's Choice" and depend on season.

The dress code for the wedding is Cocktail/Formal. Think suits with ties, midi/knee length cocktail dresses, or dressy separates.

Yes! Gibbet Hill has a very large parking lot, along with a drop off area for those who need easy access.

Yes! The venue is fully accessible for all regardless of mobility needs.

There are no shuttle services from the hotels to the venue. We advise planning ahead, as we understand weather may be a factor.

We have a small room block for the wedding party and others who may need at The Groton Inn. It is around the corner. There are other hotels in the area that are listed under travel.

We are able to accommodate children under 12. This is primarily an adult event.

Absolutely not! The Ceremony and Reception will both be inside the Barn at Gibbet Hill. Only the wedding party will have to brave the cold to take photos. That being said, December in New England can be very chilly!
