Where is Yandina Creek?
Yandina Creek is a rural location in the Sunshine Coast region of Queensland, 19km from the closest beach, Coolum. The wedding venue is a functioning cattle property and is therefore not surrounded by town amenities.

What happens in sunny / raining weather?
The ceremony area does not have a lot of shade, and at that time of day it could be quite sunny. Therefore, if a beautiful day you may wish to consider a hat or sunscreen.
The area for Canapés, does have shade options provided.
The area for the Reception is undercover and will also be the “wet weather” back up for the Ceremony & Canapés if required.
Do I need to consider footwear?
Whilst the Canapés and Reception is held on solid ground, the ceremony area is grassed. You are also encouraged to bring your dancing shoes!
I am Ex-Service Personnel
Given the proximity to ANZAC day you are encouraged to wear any service medals to acknowledge your own or family military service.
Can we use Confetti?
Being a working cattle property, the venue has specific requirements so as not to harm their livestock. Approved confetti will be available on the day for those that wish to use it.
What Beverages will be available?
Non alcoholic punch and water will be available upon arrival and throughout the duration of the Ceremony, Canapes & Reception.
During the Canapes, and throughout the Reception, there will be 4 Cocktail Urns to select from, along with Champagne, Beer, Red / White Wine, Alcoholic Ginger Beer & Soft Drinks.
Tea and Coffee will be served with the Wedding Cake for dessert at Reception.
Spirits, Liquors and other Cocktails are available for purchase at the Reception.
How do I confirm my dietary requirements?

Can I take my own photographs?
You are welcome to.
A professional photographer will be capturing Steve & Xim getting ready, the ceremony, family pics and a group shot during the canapés.
During the Reception, we will be relying on you all to capture the important moments such as cutting the cake, first dance, speeches, table shots etc.
Can we use Sparklers?
Unfortunately No. You will understand why when you arrive at the venue!
Where is Noosa Heads Bus Station?
Cnr Noosa Parade & Noosa Drive, Noosa Heads. This location is near Hastings Street and close to the Noosa Heads National Park.
Where is Tickle Park, Coolum?
Tickle Park is located to the left of Coolum Surf Club on David Low Way, Coolum.
What happens if I need to catch the bus from an alternative location?
When you RSVP, there is an option to advise you need the bus from an alternative location. Once you select this option, Xim will coordinate your needs with the Bus Company and confirm pick up time and location for you on the day.
Do you have a gift registry?
Being an older bride & groom with a house, we have everything we need. The day is about making “Us Official” and we have invited you to share the day with us. Your presence is all we ask, and we appreciate the cost of travel and accommodation for you to be with us!
