Ceremony: 4:30pm - 5:00pm, we ask that all guests be seated by 4:15pm.

Reception: 5:00pm - 11:00pm

Open bar: 5:00pm - 11:00pm

Cocktail Hour: 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Appetizers will be butler-passed at this time.

Dinner: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Speeches will be given before dinner begins.

7:35pm: Cake Cutting

Guests are welcome to visit the dessert table during this time.

7:50pm: First dance, bride/father dance, & groom/mother dance

8:05pm: Dance floor opens! We will also have a photobooth, a cornhole guest book available for guests to sign and play, & a pontoon rental for guests to take rides around Gun Lake.

9:30pm: Late night snack

11:00pm: Wedding concludes

In regards to venue policies, we ask that alcohol and food stay in the designated reception area and not be brought into the hotel.

Our buffet styled dinner consists of Herb Coated Prime Rib & Vegetarian Pesto Pasta. Dinner sides include a vegetable mix & garlic mashed potatoes.
