In 2015, Yasamine was a Surgery Scheduler and spoke daily to Doris, a colleague who worked at a different location. Funny enough, to this day they have actually never met. After many daily talks and check-ins, they became fairly close. After about six months of knowing each other, Doris told Yasamine about one of her guy friends she thought she’d hit it off with. Fast forward 3 months, they met for the very first time at chipotle. Following that, they met up almost every other week after. The chemistry was so obviously there. Given the distance as she was in Dallas, and Jose was in Fort Worth, they made sure to make time for each other at least once a week.

As their relationship grew stronger, they began to realize they were meant to be together. They shared so many interests and values that it was almost as if they had known each other for years. Their conversations were never-ending, filled with laughter and deep discussions about life, love, and everything in between.

They spent the next 8 years joining lives and experiencing their days to the fullest. Balancing their social and personal lives. On Feb 28, 2023, at dinner with Dayanara, the moment felt so right, and he popped the question. An intimate and personal experience they will cherish forever. They were overjoyed, knowing that they had found a soulmate in one another.
