Our Hawaii ceremony will be an intimate, limited-guest event. While we can’t host everyone for the destination wedding, we can’t wait to celebrate with all our friends and family at our Colorado reception! Thank you for your love and understanding.

Q + A

General Details

Is everyone invited to the Hawaii wedding?

Our wedding ceremony in Hawaii will be an intimate, limited-guest celebration. Receiving a save the date or engagement announcement does not necessarily indicate an invitation to the destination ceremony. We are so excited to celebrate with many of our friends and family at our Colorado reception and truly appreciate your love and understanding.

When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding is on May 23, 2026, at Mission of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, followed by a reception at Sunset Ranch in Hawaii.

What is the dress code?

The attire is formal—think suits and long dresses or cocktail-length dresses with an elegant touch. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will be held indoors at a church, just 8 minutes down the road from our reception venue. The reception will have both an indoor space and a tented outdoor area, so you can enjoy the best of both!

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at the church at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time to find your seat.

Will children be invited to the Hawaii wedding?

While we love your little ones, our Hawaii wedding celebration will be an adults-only event due to space limitations. Immediate family members’ children are the only exception. We hope this advance notice allows you to plan accordingly, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Travel & Accommodations

We understand that traveling to Hawaii is an expensive ask and hope that all guests that choose to make the trip, can turn the journey into a vacation of your own!

We won’t be reserving hotel blocks, but we’ve included links to a selection of hotels in the Travel & Accommodations section of our wedding website to help with your planning.

Day-Of Details

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

A shuttle from Sunset Ranch will pick you up from the ceremony venue and take you to the reception. Enjoy our cocktail hour and mingle with other guests. Don't forget to sign our guestbook!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony—please put away your phones and cameras so you can be fully present with us!

Gifts & Registry

Do you have a wedding registry?

Your presence at our wedding and celebrating with us is the greatest gift! However, if you’d like to give a gift, our registry, cash gifts, and anything else in between are, of course, graciously accepted and deeply appreciated.
