Let’s kick off the celebration with paella, beer & sangria for everyone!

(Optional drinks and food are available at your own cost during that day).

Dress comfy and don’t forget your sunscreen—we’re soaking up the sun!

🍴 Have a light breakfast and lunch

🚗 Optional: Book a spa session in Jaén (if you have a car)

17:00–17:45 – Ceremony Arrival

📍 Alcaudete Castle

We kindly ask everyone to arrive before 17:45.

David will arrive at 18:00 and hopes to see all your smiling faces there to calm his nerves (and maybe adjust his tie one last time)!

Tips: Wear comfortable shoes – it’s a medieval castle with cobblestones and a bit of a climb.

The castle is only accessible on foot.

Bring a small bottle of water for the walk (also available at the castle).

Arrive early to take a short visit of the castle!

18:00 – Ceremony Begins

The bride will arrive fashionably late—just a few minutes after 18:00.

Nerea, Abby, Yolanda’s dad & Yolanda will be the last to enter, so be ready with your smiles!

18:00–18:30 – Ceremony

Short, sweet, and full of love 💕

We’re skipping the long vows and keeping it meaningful, fun, and memorable. As they say: “Lo bueno, si es corto… dos veces bueno.”

18:30–19:30 – From the Castle to the Cocktail

Time to hug, smile, and take photos

The couple will take some time for pictures.

You’ll have time to walk (20–30 min) to the cocktail location.

Walking keeps you healthy and makes room for more drinks and snacks waiting at the venue!

19:30–20:30 – Cocktail Time

Enjoy music, delicious canapés, and the chance to mingle!

Tip: Check your table number during the cocktail so you can find your seat for dinner easily. (Our helpers will make sure no one ends up at the kids’ table)

📍 Salón de Verano Peña Cultural de Alcaudete – “El Casino de Verano”

Get ready for a four-course meal full of local delights – meats, fish, and lots of flavor!

If you’re vegetarian, vegan, or have allergies, please let Yolanda know before the wedding so we can prepare something delicious for you too!

The couple will visit every table to greet you during dinner—save us a smile (and maybe a glass of wine)!

23:30–02:30 – Party Time!

Let’s dance the night away!

Tables will be cleared, music will rise, and the dance floor awaits.

Yes, we expect to see your best moves—even the “Macarena classic.”

🥂 Open bar, sweet treats, and late-night snacks will keep you going till the last song.

A Few Practical Tips for the Big Day:

👗 Clothing:

Spanish weddings are often elegant affairs, but comfort comes first. Wear something you feel good in!

Afternoons can be warm, but evenings may cool off. The dinner and party will be held outdoors under a marquee (carpa).

👠 Shoes:

Even the bride will be wearing espadrilles—those cobblestones are no joke! Wear shoes you can walk (and dance!) in comfortably.

🎉 Wedding Day Vibes:

From the first hug to the last dance, everything is planned with love.
