We are still working with the venue to finalize our times/schedule. The finalized schedule will be posted on the website when we get closer to the date of our wedding so make sure you check back.

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. The hotel chef will do his best to accommodate.

As we are doing both the ceremony and reception in the same room, the hotel staff will need two hours to flip the space after the ceremony. During that time you have access to the hotel lobby and hotel bar. Saskatoon is also a very small city, so for our out of town guests you can explore most of it during that time.

We will have a photographer present during the ceremony. Please do not use your cellphone or personal camera during the ceremony as it could be distracting. We will provide copies of the photographer's images to you after the fact. Feel free to take pictures during the reception.

The hotel has provided a block rate for guests attending our wedding from the 4th to the 6th of October, 2024. You can call the hotel to book your room or use the discount code. Once we obtain the discount code, we will post it in the accommodations section of the website.

The hotel offers complimentary, 24/7 shuttles to and from the airport. When you land at the airport, call 1-800-667-8789 to request your shuttle.

Please do not feel obligated to get us a gift, your presence at our wedding is more than enough. Should you still wish to buy us something, we'd greatly appreciate a contribution towards our honeymoon. A box for envelopes will be available at the reception.
