Yes, of course. We are providing a light snack when leaving the ceremony followed by a buffet style dinner with a few vegetarian options as well as chicken and pork options.

You will be asked to put down the first night's deposit. When you call the front desk, please reference either the event name “Bryan and Yuliya’s Wedding” or booking ID #: 20241. They do ask that everyone books by March 15th.

As this is a destination wedding for most, we expect it to be a smaller wedding. The Historic Lodge house has 20 rooms, if they are all booked, there are other rooms, cabins, and cottages available on the property. As a last resort, there is also a Holiday Inn Express & Suite - Hendersonville SE - Flat Rock, an IHG Hotal located a few minutes away. Ashville Regional Airport (AVL) is the closest airport to the Inn. We should have a few people who may be available to pick you up if you are arriving on Tuesday, May 14th, during the day.

The Inn offers a complimentary buffet breakfast that is served Wednesday through Sunday from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
