The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive by 3:30 PM to find a seat and relax before the ceremony begins. Once the ceremony has started, late guests will be asked to stand in the back until the ceremony has finished and can join for the cocktail hour.

There is no Uber in the area so you can either take the scheduled shuttle bus we have arranged at the times listed or you can call for a taxi at 403-493-9990. You may also choose to park at the venue.

Yes, there is parking on site. Please feel free to park at any of the available lots in front of any of the buildings. However, because the venue is within a provincial park, you will need to purchase a park pass at: https://conservationpass.alberta.ca/kcp.

The wedding will be outdoors on the rooftop, cocktail hour will be held on the outdoor terrace, and the reception will be indoors.

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail/semi-formal attire for our wedding.

Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.

While we adore all the little ones in our lives, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!

After the ceremony, guests can enjoy cocktail hour on the outdoor terrace with drinks and passed hors-d'oeuvres before the reception.

We kindly ask that you avoid colours traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivories, and creams. Our bridesmaids will be in pink dresses.
