Q + A

How do I RSVP?

Please RSVP on our wedding website by May 1st. You’ll find an RSVP button on the main page.

How many people can I RSVP for?

Your invitation specifies the number of seats we’ve reserved for your party, including children if they are invited. Please RSVP for exactly the number so we can plan accordingly. If you’re unsure about anything, don’t hesitate to reach out to us! We’re happy to help clarify any details.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

The ceremony begins at 4 PM, so we recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to find your seat and settle in.

Dress Code?

The dress code is cocktail attire. Since it’s an outdoor summer wedding in Estes Park, we recommend breathable fabrics and comfortable shoes for the grassy and uneven terrain. Temperatures can drop into the 50s°F after sunset, so bring a light jacket or shawl.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will take place inside a pavilion. Be ready to enjoy the stunning mountain views!

Are there nearby hotels or accommodations?

Yes! Estes Park has plenty of lodging options to suit your needs. We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Estes Park resort and included other nearby recommendations just 5 to 10 minutes away from the resort. Head to our "Travel & Stay" page for all the details!

Food and Drink

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? Yes! Let us know any dietary needs when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure to have options for you.

How might altitude affect me?

At Estes Park's high altitude of 7,500 feet, visitors may experience headaches, nausea, or fatigue due to lower oxygen levels. Staying hydrated is crucial, as the dry air can cause dehydration. Alcohol also has a stronger effect here—one drink can feel like two—so moderation is essential.
