Plus-One Information
We love our friends and family and are so excited to celebrate with you! In order to accommodate all our loved ones, we kindly ask that you respect the number of guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, we look forward to welcoming your guest as well. If it does not, we hope you understand that we are limited in our guest list and ask that you join us solo.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us make our day as special as possible!
Children at the Wedding
We love your little ones, but due to our budget for the wedding, we are only able to invite a select number of children. We kindly request that only children 3 years old and under join us for the wedding and reception. If your child is not listed on your invitation, we hope you understand that we are unable to accommodate them at this time.
We truly appreciate your understanding and hope that you can still join us in celebrating our special day.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM, so please arrive at least 20-30 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding your seat. We want to ensure everyone is settled and ready for the celebration!
Is there a dress code?
Yes! We’d love for everyone to dress in formal/cocktail attire. For the ceremony and reception, please wear something comfortable yet elegant, as we’ll be celebrating all night long! Feel free to reach out if you have questions about what’s appropriate.
Will there be food and drinks?
Absolutely! We’ll have a full dinner and drinks available throughout the evening. If you have any dietary restrictions or preferences, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate you!
What if I can’t attend the wedding?
We’ll miss you! If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible by RSVPing. Even if you can't make it, we’d love for you to send us a message or memory via our guest book on the website!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We’ll have a professional photographer capturing all the moments during the ceremony, so we ask that guests refrain from taking photos during this time to ensure our photographer can get the best shots. After the ceremony, feel free to snap as many photos as you’d like!
Will there be a place to stay nearby?
Yes! We’ve put together a list of nearby hotels and accommodations on our hotel/things to do page, including options for various budgets. Be sure to book early, as rooms may fill up quickly!
How do I RSVP?
Please RSVP by April 30th on our website (just click the RSVP link). Make sure to include the names of everyone in your party, and let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or other special requests. We can’t wait to see you there!
Can I bring a gift to the wedding?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you’d like to gift us something, we’ve added a registry and we also will have a card box/honeymoon fund at the reception. Any contributions are greatly appreciated but absolutely not required.
Will there be a wedding hashtag?
Yes! We’d love for you to share your photos and memories using our wedding hashtag: #CondonWilson2025 #WilsonBeMarried. It’ll be fun to see all the moments you capture throughout the day!
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is plenty of parking at Faith Alliance Church and St. Henry Romer's.
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be held indoors at Faith Alliance Church.
What happens if I need to cancel my RSVP?
We completely understand that things can come up. If you need to cancel your RSVP, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our plans accordingly. We appreciate you keeping us informed!
What’s the best way to contact you if I have more questions?
If you have any questions that aren’t answered here, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email - sarahjackwilson25@gmail.com. We’re happy to help and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Please understand we will not be answering emails a week before the wedding, as we will be very busy and focusing on the big day. For any emergency questions the week of the wedding please reach out to LaRita Condon or Amy Wilson.
