Zach and Raegen first met in middle school in Johnston, Iowa and began dating their sophomore year of high school in 2018 (although Zach will claim to have 'liked' her since the 8th grade.) Throughout their time dating they have had many opportunities to support one another with Raegen cheering on Zach as he ran track in both highschool and college, and Zach supporting Raegen through her military service. They are both just graduated from Wartburg College with Zach studying Engineering and Computer Science with minors in Physics and Leadership and Raegen studying Biology with minors in Spanish and Leadership. After graduating, they moved to Cedar Rapids where Zach started working full-time at Collins Aerospace while Raegen waits to attends medical school at the University of Iowa this fall. They hope to welcome a new furry member to their family within a year or so after settling in! They will be joined at their elopement in Colorado by their immediate loved ones, and then hope to celebrate with family and friends at their reception party on July 6th, 2024.
