If booking a room with 2 Double Beds for more than 2 people, be sure to not enter more than 2 guests in your reservation, or the system will raise the price. We have been assured that up to 4 people will be allowed to stay in a room with 2 Double Beds without a surcharge.

Eastern Iowa Airport
If you will be flying to Iowa for the wedding, the nearest airport is CID (Eastern Iowa Airport). DoubleTree by Hilton is 8.5 miles from CID. The hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle service for their registered guests. Wedding Day Transportation
If you choose to stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Cedar Rapids, round trip motor coach service will be provided between the hotel and wedding venue on 10/18/25, for any of our guests who prefer not to drive themselves. The drive time between DoubleTree and the wedding venue is approximately 30 minutes.
Upon check-in, the hotel front desk will provide details regarding the wedding day motor coach departure.
