We met back in June of 2020 & immediately hit it off. The first date started getting Mexican for dinner. Neither of us wanted the date to end after, so we found a place to get dessert. This turned into sitting in the bed of Zach's truck eating ice cream & just talking until 2 AM. Since then, we've been hooked and haven't gone a day without talking.

Three years go by into September 2024 & we had a trip planned down to the Dominican Republic with some friends. Little did Caralyn know that this was when Zach would propose, although she was given a little hint. The night before our flight down, Zach woke Caralyn up in his sleep and asked her to help find the engagement ring... Imagine that surprise!! He didn't remember anything about it in the morning, so that's when Caralyn knew for sure that he had talked in his sleep unknowingly. Our friends tried separating us at security from Zach's sister who was holding the ring in case it went off, but Caralyn was adamant to be right with her - luckily there were no troubles there haha. Once we got to the resort and got all checked in, Zach had the idea of checking out the beach and the views we would have for the week. Once down at the beach, we were taking photos and taking in the views when Zach got on one knee and asked Caralyn to marry him!! It was the greatest and easiest yes!

Now we're here - planning our wedding and celebrating this amazing day with family and friends!
