When is the wedding?
The wedding day is August 30, 2025, at the Fairmont Mayakoba. It begins promptly at 5:30 PM in the Terraza Lawn.
Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
The RSVP is now closed.
Will there be a transportation to and/or from the airport?
Yes! There are several shuttle options listed under the Travel section of this website.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Our ceremony dress code is cocktail or semi-formal attire. The ceremony will be outdoors in a garden lawn, so dress for warm weather! We request no athleisure or jeans but please have fun with your fits!
Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?
The wedding ceremony will be outdoors in a garden setting. Our general color scheme includes yellows/oranges/reds, so feel free to be complementary!
How long can I stay at the resort?
The wedding day is August 30, 2025. We plan to be there from August 27 to September 2 and would welcome you to join us for any amount of time within that range. The resort room block also covers that date range.
What is the weather like in the area?
August and September are the end of the rainy season for the area. Daytime temperatures average between 70-90 degrees Fahrenheit. Rain is also possible but won't stop the fun!
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
We are intentionally keeping the guest list small. A plus one will be indicated on your invitation.
Are children welcome to the wedding ceremony and reception?
Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding. They are welcome to travel with you to the resort but we request the wedding ceremony and reception be adult-only. We appreciate your understanding!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes!
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Please try to arrive to the venue by 5 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM.
Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding?
We request that you do not take photos or use your cell phone during the wedding ceremony. Once the ceremony ends, please feel free to document all the fun!
