Please note, all reservations were to be made by April 13, as the remaining rooms have been released to the public. If you still need to make a reservation, please call Mackenzie at 515-245-5564 and mention the Helverson/Coppola Wedding. There is no guarantee the rate will still be available!

There will be a shuttle provided by the hotel to take you to and from The Loft

There are a limited number of spaces available at the venue, they are on a first come first serve basis. Otherwise, there are surrounding lots, garages, and of course street parking to accommodate you as well.

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day with us and enjoy a night off!

We'll be serving light hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet-style dinner and dessert

Beer, Wine & Seltzers will be hosted. Everything else will be a cash bar

Your presence is present enough, but if you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience

Closing time is by midnight sharp! "You don't have to go home but you can't stay here"
