WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?
Please RSVP by clicking the tab in the menu above by Friday, January 10, 2025. If you do not RSVP by our deadline, we will have to count you as a "Not attending". Don't worry- we will hassle you for an answer before it is too late. However, it is our responsibility to give our vendors an exact headcount and cannot accept late RSVP’s out of respect to our vendors.
(This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you) Thank you for your understanding! :)
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?
We ask you to please arrive at 3:30 PM to allow yourself time to park and find a seat. You can set up your Uber/Lyft ahead of time to get you to our venue on time.
Upon arrival, please follow the path directing you towards the ceremony location. There will be staff on-site to help guide you.
Guests who arrive after 3:45 PM will be asked to wait by the reception area until the ceremony has concluded. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. Please make sure to sit all the way in, towards the aisle, when you find your seat. This will help accommodate all of our guests and ensure that everyone has enough space without needing to climb over others. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated! Pick a seat, not a side!
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Formal.
Ladies are encouraged to wear midi, ankle, tea-length, or floor-length formal dresses.
For men, suits or dress khakis and sports jacket.
Jeans, t-shirts, and flip-flops are prohibited.

ARE THERE ANY COLORS OR STYLES YOU'D PREFER ME TO WEAR?
No red or shades of white, please! We encourage you to show your style while still being in your best dressed! There are very old oak trees and the reception is in a barn, if that helps with style types! Embrace the opportunity to wear colors that reflect the joyous occasion.

Note: Bridesmaids will be in dusty blue/ice blue, and groomsmen in tan suits. Please try to avoid these colors.
CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?
Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate everyone's plus one at our wedding. Your invite will be made out to “(Your Name) & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. Please edit name on RSVP if applicable. Thank you for understanding!
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Your children will be included on the RSVP list if applicable! We are keeping our special day as a mostly adult-only occasion. Additionally, due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate all children at our wedding.
We hope that you will still be able to attend and this is a much-deserved night off for the parents! Cheers!
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate!
There will be an open bar with beer, wine, seltzers, signature cocktails. Please come prepared with cash to tip our bartenders.
If you are drinking please plan your ride home/to hotel accordingly.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?
During the ceremony please be prepared for an unplugged wedding experience. We respectfully ask that everyone be prepared to turn off all electronic devices and refrain from taking pictures or video throughout the ceremony. We understand the want/temptation to take photos of the ceremony, so there will be a 60 second opportunity to take all the photos/videos you wish, and then phones will be asked to be put away again. There will be an amazing wedding photographer who will be capturing the ceremony! We will be sharing photos after via Facebook!
WILL YOUR WEDDING BE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?
Ceremony: stunning brick pavers down a trellis walkway allow for a resplendent entrance to our outdoor ceremony site underneath a canopy of our 200+ year old oak trees guests will be comfortably seated on rustic wooden benches.
Reception: Climate controlled barn with exposed trusses at the barn doors
WHAT IS THE ORDER OF EVENTS?
Ceremony: 4:00pm - 4:30pm
Cocktail Hour: 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Intros, First Dance, Speeches: 5:30pm - 6:15pm
Dinner: 6:15pm - 7:15pm
Dancing: 7:30pm - 10:00pm
Grand Exit: 10:00pm
HOW IS THE FLORIDA WEATHER IN FEBRUARY?
February is one of our favorite months in Florida, rain is uncommon in February, but we have indoor ceremony option if needed. Weather usually ranges between 57-75° & sunny.
DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK?
We do not have a hotel block but do have nearby hotels listed under the “Travel” tab on our website. Other options include, AirBnB, VRBO, and hotels further from the venue.
WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) is 34 miles away from our venue!
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is just 50 miles from our venue!
Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) is 53 miles away from our venue!
WHERE DO I PARK?
We encourage you to carpool, Uber, or Lyft. Our venue has free on-site parking. There is room for 50+ vehicles right at the front of the property. If you are going to drink, we ask that you please plan your ride home/to hotel accordingly.

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP “not attending.” If you cannot make it after you have RSVP’d, please notify us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly @ zachandsyd1@gmail.com
CAN I MAKE A SONG REQUEST FOR THE RECEPTION?
Of course! We’d love to hear your favorite tunes. Feel free to add your song requests on the RSVP form, there will be no requests taken at the DJ booth.
