One of the good things that came out of the year 2020 was when Zach and I met. We were both on a dating app that looks at compatibility, and it just so happens that it determined that we were most compatible. Of course I wasnt going to pass that up, so I liked his photo. He seemed like he was goofy and enjoyed life, which was very apparent from the moment was started talking. After a while, we planned to meet up for a picnic at Snowden. We quickly realized that we had so much in common; music, cars, movies, superheroes, you name it. Everything felt so natural, and honestly, he seemed too good to be true. There was never a dull moment; constant conversation and endless laughs. I feel like that’s what we did good. Starting out our relationship with communication and transparency really lead to what I knew would be a strong future. But there were two things that had to happen first: Zach had to fall head over heels in love with me, and I had to make sure not to screw this up, lol.
Fast forward to June 11, 2023, Zach took me back to Snowden Grove, where we first met, and asked me to be apart of his future as his wife. In that moment, I thought about that first date where Zach was introduced to the delicacy of pineapple on pizza, our conversation about all our likes and dislikes, and how I walked away knowing that he was the perfect guy for me. It was the easiest yes from me and come October, it will be the easiest I do.
