Once upon a time, in the heart of a bustling world, two souls were destined to meet. Bekah and Zach crossed paths ten years ago at Woody’s, a place where their lives were on separate courses, yet somehow, their paths intertwined. Zach, a man with a full life — married with children and a future full of possibilities. Bekah, a vibrant, free-spirited soul, engaged and living life with the thrill of a raver babe. In the beginning, it was the smallest of moments that brought them closer — a ride home here, a couch to crash on there. Zach, finding solace when his wife would lock him out while he worked, and Bekah offering him a safe place, though they were both living in worlds that seemed miles apart. But fate had more in store for them. Bekah’s life took her to Hawaii, where she faced heartache and betrayal, left alone, cheated on, and mistreated by her now ex-fiancé. Yet, just as the storm was at its peak, the universe conspired in perfect timing, bringing Bekah home to Texas, just as Zach was leaving his marriage. Bekah needed a fresh start, a new place to call home, and Zach, in search of a place to heal and fight for his children, found that home in her.
