We met as students at Troy University in 2016! We were both in the Sound of the South - Zach played the trumpet and I played the mellophone! If there’s one thing to know about college band, it’s that you’re spending day in and day out together. We’re also both in music organizations, Zach is a brother of Kappa Kappa Psi and I am a sister of Tau Beta Sigma, and nothing brings people closer than serving as Band Parents to your fellow college kids. Blow SOTS and Go Trojans!

Zach proposed during a visit to St. Augustine in November of 2023! I was a bit suspicious before we left because my sister wanted us to get our nails done (which we don’t do often) and Zach was adamant that we needed to go on a trip before the holidays got into full swing at Disney. I spent the whole morning thinking “is it now? What about now?”, so by the time we got to dinner, I had dismissed the idea all together. We had reservations at the Columbia Restaurant, home of THE 1905 salad, and after we ate, Zach asked me to marry him! It was so perfect and intimate and of course - I said yes! We finished up the night with some pictures around town with Uncle Al, because the whole fam was in on it, and then we went back to the B&B so we could tell all of our friends! A truly fantastic trip!

Our home base is Orlando, so we can’t wait to welcome all of you to central Florida! I’m currently still working as a performer at the house of mouse, which I love! Zach is working as a commercial airline pilot, which is so cool to me. I mean - flying airplanes?! Incredible. In our free time, you can find us having a chill day around the house, or doing a half day at the theme parks!
