Please thoroughly look at our “Read Before RSVP” section before submitting your RSVP. There is vital information that may change your availability to come to our wedding ie) children policy, strict dress code, etc. PLEASE COMPLETE RSVP BY August 1st!
- Attire: We will be requiring all of our guests to dress in formal attire for the wedding & reception. Inappropriately dressed individuals will be asked to leave, change, and return. Examples of formal attire include: button-up shirts with ties, dress slacks, dress shoes, dresses, suits, and tuxedos. Examples of inappropriate attire include: shorts, t-shirts, polos, jeans, flannels, cowboy boots, work boots, coveralls, baseball caps, cowboy hats, etc. If this hinders your ability to attend our wedding, we will miss your company at our wedding. Thank you for understanding.
- Children: Our venue does not allow children, with the only exception being children in the wedding party. We do realize that a number of our invited guests have children. If this affects your attendance at our wedding, we understand, and we will miss your company at the wedding. Thank you for understanding.
- Guests: No additional guests will be allowed. Our venue has a maximum number of allowed guests, and we have reached that number. If you arrive with someone not on our guest list, you and the guest will be asked to leave, as our venue will fine us for every additional guest. Thank you for understanding.
- Registry: While we appreciate anything you gift us for our wedding, we do not have a registry. We do prefer cash gifts to help with wedding and honeymoon costs instead of gifts. We enjoy developing lasting memories vs collecting material items. Thank you for understanding our wishes.
- Meal: We will have a plated meal for our guests. We will have 3 different entrée options for our guests to pick from. Each entree will come with the following sides: . Desserts will be available as well. We will also be having a late-night snack option available for our guests.
- Bar/Drinks: We have a complimentary limited tab for an open bar during our cocktail hour. Once this tab has been met, the bar will convert to a cash bar for those who would like to consume alcoholic drinks. We will have an open bar for a limited number of custom mocktails and soft drinks. If you elect to consume alcohol, we ask that you do it responsibly, as our venue will remove any drunk guests and we will be fined accordingly for any guest misconduct.
- RSVP Due Date: Please complete your RSVPs through our website by August 1st. No exceptions will be made for late RSVPs due to venue guidelines.
