When and where is the wedding?
We will be celebrating on Saturday, December 13th at the Hotel Cleveland, Autograph Collection in Cleveland, Ohio. Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors at the hotel.
What is the dress code?
Our celebration is formal attire. Think long dresses, cocktail dresses, or suits and tuxedos. Our wedding colors feature a rich assortment of burgundy, black, white, and winter greens, but feel free to wear what you feel your best in.
Are children or plus-ones invited?
We have an amazing group of family and friends and, while we wish we could extend the invitation to everyone, please refer to the names listed on your invitation for who is included in the celebration.
I have a food allergy or dietary restriction—what should I do?
We want every guest to enjoy their meal! Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you submit your RSVP so we can share them with our catering team in advance.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hotel Cleveland for our guests. Each individual guest must make his or her own reservation by calling 216-696-5600 or booking using the hotel provided reservation link, no later than the Cutoff Date, 11/13/25. Is parking available at the venue?
Yes! Please refer to the Hotel Cleveland’s parking information for details on self-parking options. Valet parking is also available at the hotel.
For Valet - please mention you are there with the Wanamaker and Bowman wedding upon arrival. The valet will give you a blue ticket to hold on to. When it's time to leave that evening, please stop by the FRONT DESK to have your parking validated.
The hotel will have a list of guests names available, and the hosts of the evening would love to cover the parking for anyone on that list and who validate their ticket.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm in the afternoon, so please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes early to allow time to find your seat. If you're valeting your car, please allow for a few additional moments for that.
Once I'm at the hotel - where do I go?
The ceremony and reception will take place in the AMBASSADOR Ballroom.
Is there an after party?
The hotel bar will remain open even after our reception has ended, so we look forward to seeing you there!
