Our Wedding

From Classmates to SoulmatesWe met at Lasell College. After Zach transferred in sophomore year, we were just two people in the same friend group, sharing laughs, group projects, and the occasional class (Thanks Alex for the math answers). Back then, we were just friends, orbiting the same circle without any sparks. Life moved on, and we graduated, each heading off into our own worlds. A Chance EncounterFast forward to life post-grad. One day, I noticed he was living in the same neighborhood. A simple message turned into a meetup, and that meetup turned into after-work walks. What started as casual strolls soon became the highlight of our days. From Walks to LoveThose walks became conversations, shared dreams, quiet laughter, and something deeper we hadn’t expected. We started going to sporting events, exploring new places, and building memories one adventure at a time. Slowly but surely, something beautiful was blossoming. The ProposalThree years later, on top of Cannon Mountain, just outside Lincoln, New Hampshire, one of our favorite getaway spots, he asked the question that would change everything. With the mountains stretching behind us and the future ahead, I said yes. What Comes NextNow, we’re counting down the days to forever. We’re so excited to celebrate with all of you—the people who have cheered us on, loved us well, and helped shape our story. Here’s to the next chapter.

Jordan has been my best friend for what feels like forever. We met when I was in high school and she was still in middle school (yes, I was basically a mentor... or at least I like to think so). Over the years, we’ve laughed until we cried, cried until we laughed, and supported each other through every crazy twist life threw at us. Even when miles separated us, nothing ever changed between us. She’s the person I turn to for everything: advice, laughs, and brutally honest outfit opinions. I couldn’t imagine saying “I do” without her by my side!

JP and I met in college, and it didn't take long for us to become friends. Our connection quickly grew around sports, with many hours of Xbox, listening to JP talk about how he was the best intramural flag football quarterback ever, and hanging out in the dorm watching NFL games. After college, we have had the pleasure of still living close, which has allowed us to spend time together and even watch JP take a steady step towards adulthood, being the first one in the college friend group to have a kid. There is no one I would rather have by my side on my wedding day.

Sami is my younger sister, and truly one of my best friends. We've grown up together, shared endless laughs (and a few sisterly squabbles), and built a bond that’s only gotten stronger with time. She’s been my biggest cheerleader, a constant source of love and support, and having her by my side on this day means the world to me. I couldn’t imagine saying “I do” without her right there with me.

Samantha Orest

The smartest man I know, just ask him. I first met him after he came to Newport and knew right away we were going to be friends. We were lucky to share a number of classes together, including being two of three guys in AP English. Many late nights were spent at Gummy's house playing video games, having airsoft battles, or getting yelled at for being dumb and loud in the basement. I am happy to call Gummy a true friend.

Grace is my future sister-in-law, and I feel so lucky to be gaining her as family. From the moment we met, she’s been kind, supportive, and full of positive energy. I’m so grateful for the way she’s welcomed me with open arms, and I’m excited for all the memories we’ll create together. Having her by my side on this special day means so much, it’s the beginning of a beautiful sisterhood.

Andrew and I made the decision a few years ago to look for an apartment together in Boston. That decision turned into living together for four years and watching us both grow as people. While we were working different schedules, having someone to talk sports and Pardon My Take with was great, but Andrew and my friendship goes back much longer. We have been friends since middle school. By senior year, Andrew was spending more nights at my house than his own. I am happy to call him one of my best friends.

Madi isn’t just a best friend, she’s one of those once-in-a-lifetime kind of people who just gets me. We’ve shared so many memories, from spontaneous adventures to heart-to-hearts, and through every season of life, she’s been a constant. Her friendship has been one of the biggest blessings in my life, and I’m so lucky to have her standing by my side on such a special day.

I have obviously known Tim my whole life, and of course we had our natural sibling fights, but regardless I always knew he was there for me. We can always connect over what is going on with the Bruins or hockey in general. I am happy to have him by my side on my wedding day.
