Zach said "I love you" first!

Where did the couple meet?

They met at First Christian Church in Covington, Virginia

Where can I stay if I need to stay in the area for a night or more?

The owners of our venue own an Airbnb in Clifton Forge that can be rented linked here: https://theoldparsonagehouse.com/ There's a hotel in Low Moor less than a mile away from the venue linked here: https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/travelodge/low-moor-virginia/travelodge-low-moor-near-covington/overview?CID=LC:fkqqcjhla7b6gbb:52172&iata=00093796 There is a hotel in Covington close to the interstate entrance linked here: https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/roacohx-hampton-covington/?SEO_id=GMB-AMER-HX-ROACOHX&y_source=1_NzU4MDE5OC03MTUtbG9jYXRpb24ud2Vic2l0ZQ%3D%3D

What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal/dressy casual attire. We want our guests to be comfortable, but dressy 😊

Can I bring my kid(s)?

Of course! We would be happy for your littles to join our special day. We will have a station with packets to help them stay focused if they are jittery or restless. Just make sure it is entailed in your RSVP.

Will there be a "cocktail hour" between ceremony and reception?

Yes, there will be a cocktail hour between. This will give time for everyone to relax, get something to drink, and mingle while the wedding party gets their photos done.

What time should I arrive?

We would recommend arriving between 15 and 25 minutes before the ceremony to allot time to park, and find a seat to suit your preference.

Can I bring a plus one?

Your specific invitation will disclose the amount of guests we allotted for you and your family or guests.

How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP on this site, or by mailing back an RSVP to the couple 😊

When is the RSVP deadline?

Our cutoff date for RSVP is September 1st. If you have not responded by this date with a decline or acceptance of invitation, we will automatically assume you will not be attending, and will not accept an acceptance past this date. This ensures that we are prepared for the exact amount of people attending, as it is very difficult to add or subtract people the closer the date gets.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We respectfully ask that this be an unplugged ceremony. We will have plenty of time before, and after the ceremony for photos! We hired a very talented photographer to do the fancy stuff 😊

Who should I contact if I have a question that is not entailed in the previous questions?

You can contact Courtney's cell at 540-620-2018, Jessica Freeman's cell at 540-968-2602, or Lorri Higgins through Facebook.
