Where will the wedding be located? The entire wedding will take place at Atalaya Castle in Murrells Inlet, SC. The address is: 16148 Ocean Hwy Murrells Inlet, SC 29576. Once you arrive on property, you will notify the guards and they will direct you where to go. Parking is free and the lot sits directly beside the venue. Is the wedding indoors or outdoors? This is an outdoor venue. Both the ceremony and reception will be located in the courtyards of the castle. Guests will walk on stone pathways, gravel, and grass. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended. The average temperature in Murrells Inlet in April for a typical day ranges from a high of 72°F to a low of 59°F. The general area may also feel slightly windy. What is the dress code? Cocktail Attire. Florals, linen, and bright colors encouraged! For ladies, heeled sandals, wedges, or platforms are the recommended heel if you choose to wear one. Please refrain from any jeans or athletic wear. Can I bring a plus one? Our wedding is RSVP only. Due to the capacity with our venue, and our efforts to keep the guest list to those we know best, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Plus ones will be by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you for understanding! Can I bring my children? While we love your children, this will be an adult only affair. Will there be alcohol? There will be an open bar. ﻿
