It all started on July 4th 2024, when my friend, Lexie, invited me over to hangout and spend the day with them. I didn't have anything planned for the day since I had gotten cancelled on so I decided to head on over. The moment I walked into their home I instantly felt at home and little did I know that day would be the day I would meet my soon to be husband. That evening, Zach and I sat and talked about the Lord and community after college. I remember walking away from that night thinking, man there is just something about him and I want to get to know him. That following weekend, Zach attended a wedding in Manhattan and we ended up talking over Facebook after we friended each other. And long story short, he surprised me with Canes that he had brought all the way from Manhattan to me since it was my favorite and the rest of the day we attended a softball game then went to a park. That evening, we stayed up talking until 1 AM about our dreams, goals, fears, and the Lord. The moment that I knew he would be my husband is when we were sitting in the car worshipping The worship shut off and he started praying over us and what the Lord had in store for us. We both walked away from that evening so in awe of one another and of the Lord. There is so much more detail and memories we could tell each of you about our story. However, The most important thing is that we are here because of God. If it wasn't for God and all those supporting and loving us we wouldn't be here today. Thank you from Zach and I!
