For starters, this a come and go party. Come for as long as you want starting at 4pm. This also does not mean you have to be there right at 4! if you cant make it until 7:30, no problem, the party will be going strong you may just need to play catch up ;) We will be supplying BBQ food such as burgers, hot dogs, and veggie dogs for our vegetarian family members and friends! To accompany the BBQ food we will also have salads, veggie and fruit trays! We cannot forget about desserts either! The buns and desserts will have gluten free options for our gluten intolerant friends and family members! We will also be supplying our favourite alcoholic beverage, spiked Arnold Palmer! If this doesn't quite tickle your fancy or you need something else, feel free to BYOB as that is encouraged to keep the party going longer! There will be yard games such as Jenga and Ladder Ball as well as some fun shower games such as "How well do you know the couple?" This is a fun, relaxed event, no dress code required!

We are at capacity with our venue. If a plus one is not addressed, unfortunately we do not have capacity for them. Example: Steph + Guest (2) - if this is shown, it would mean Steph is invited along with 1 guest. The number at the end is the total number of people invited in that party.

A hotel block has been reserved at the Elkwater Lake Lodge under "Zubrecki/Seitz Wedding". Please check the Travel page for more information and pricing for a room that fits your needs.

Yes. There will be a shuttle that picks people up at 12:45pm from the Medicine Hat Lodge. This same shuttle will then make 1 trip back into town around 1am. This is a first come first serve service as the shuttle holds 36 people

There is a parking lot next to the Amphitheatre. After parking your vehicle, it is just a short walk to the ceremony venue.

Guests are encouraged to roam the park, take photos or unwind at the 12-34 Cafe. Cocktail hour starts at 5 PM.

The menu consists of 8 different appetizer options to choose from. Don't worry, there will be something for everyone with the creative variety of selections!

There will be a toonie bar starting during the cocktail hour (5 pm) continue all evening for the reception (last call @ 1 am). So pack your change purses full!
