We met at the University of Tennessee! We officially met the first time when Casey was rushing Theta Tau (our professional co-ed engineering fraternity).

We didn't start dating until Zack's senior year (Casey's junior year).

We absolutely loved our years on Rocky Top together and enjoyed cheering the Vols on win or lose!

Zack graduated May 2018 and took his first big kid job near Knoxville, while Casey finished up school.

Casey graduated May of 2019 and we said goodbye to Knoxville.

We moved up to the Chicago suburbs, near where Casey grew up. Shortly after finding jobs, we moved into our first apartment together in Crystal Lake, IL.

Not long after moving in together COVID forced us to spend all of our time together!

Lots of memories were made those years though, traveling (when we finally could again), spending time with family and friends, and building our life together.

In May of 2023 we took our first big trip, just the two of us. We planned a 10 day road trip around Ireland, where Zack had a big surprise in store.

Zack decided to wait until the last few days of the trip to pop the question, while we were hiking around Giant's Causeway. It was a super special moment with a beautiful backdrop that we will both cherish forever!
