We would love to see guests dressed up for our big day in cocktail attire! Gentlemen please wear a collared shirt and/or suit coat and tie with dress pants. Ladies please wear your favorite cocktail dress, dressy blouse and skirt, or jumpsuit. Please reserve shades of white for the bride.

Please arrive no later than 4:15. Refreshments will be provided before the ceremony. The wedding will begin promptly at 4:30.

There will be a bus for transportation for both the Fishermans Village Suites and The Hampton Inn. Two trips will be arranged for before and after the wedding. Pick up and Drop off times to follow. We will confirm times as we get closer to the wedding day!

Two hotels are blocked for the wedding weekend. The two hotels are Fishermans Village Suites and The Hampton Inn. Please book as soon as possible. Season in Florida can make it challenging as we get closer to our date. More information about each hotel is found under the travel tab.

Due to limited space within the venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally listed on the invitation. Names will be specifically listed under the RSVP tab when RSVP-ing on the website. Thank you for understanding!

Florida weather can be very unpredictable in February. We are hoping for cooler weather (in the 70s) on our big day. There ceremony will be outside, as well as, the cocktail hour. The reception will be inside with air conditioning.

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
