Wailea has a strip of hotels, Wailea Beach Resort (Marriott), Kealani, Andaz, Grand Wailea, and the Four Seasons. For vacation rentals: Maui Banyan, Kamaole Sands, Palms of Wailea, Sugar Beach Resort (older complex, but walking distance from the venue), Hale Kamaole, and Maui Kamaole.
