Bridal Shower-October 12, 2025

Please join the bridal shower from 2pm-4pm. RSVP on the RSVP tab for the bridal shower so we know how much food we need. We have such a big family that seating was limited for friends on the actual wedding day and it is super important to me to invite all women who have made a difference in my life to be part of my bridal shower. The shower will be at Tuscan Hill Winery on the patio by the fireplace. There will be signs to direct you to the correct place. Dress code is a tea party dress! Please dress up for this event. IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE FINDING YOUR NAME IN THE RSVP, MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING YOUR FULL FIRST AND LAST NAME.

RSVP will be available after October 13, 2025. The wedding will be at my Great Aunts house. Because of limited parking, if you are invited to the wedding, you will park at the Watson Baptist Church (100 N Old Watson Rd, Watson, IL 62473). A bus will be shuttling people back and forth starting at 1:00pm and last bus at 1:50pm. In the back yard, there will be a big tree decorated for shade and seating while waiting for the ceremony to start. Once it is time for the ceremony to start, we will walk over to the location. There will be limited seating on the hill for grandparents and people who need a seat. When the ceremony is over we will meet over by the tree for meeting the new Mr. and Mrs. Zak and Charolette Apke. The bus will start shuttling everyone back to their cars after the ceremony. ***The ceremony will be on a hill. Please wear footwear that you can walk on a slight incline. Anyone who can not ride on the bus or is in a wheelchair, please text Charolette at 217-994-2833 for the address of the wedding so you can park at the house. There are limited bathrooms at my aunt's house. So please use the bathroom before heading over. If it is raining, we will move the ceremony to Tuscan Hill Winery. This page will be updated by 11:00 am that morning if it is going to be moved to a new location. Please look for that the day of.

The reception will be at Tuscan Hill Winery ( 2200 Historic Hills Dr, Effingham, IL 62401 ) When you click the RSVP tab on this website, you will type in your name, then select 'Yes, I am going', and finally click on the type of meat you want. Venue will be open to guest at 4:30pm with a bar and snacks. Dinner will be served about 5:30 pm. Dancing should start around 7:00pm. Bring your dancing shoes because you all know Myles and Prescott love to dance! If weather permits dancing will be under the stars and twinkle lights!

Zak and Charolette met through Charolette's brother Jesse when they were in high school. As life went on they reunited playing videogames together along with other people. Payton invited Zak and Charolette out for a trivia night on a Saturday night. With both of them being single parents with no kids that night they agreed to go play darts and pool at the bar after the game was over and Payton had left. A few weeks later Zak started going to the winery on Monday, where Charolette worked, and spent time with her while the winery was not busy. Eventually, he started bringing her ice cream and dinner every Monday night. After 2 years of dating Zak and Randi took Charolette and the kids to the Garden of the Gods for what Charolette thought was the normal Good Friday Bushue tradition. Charolette mention her favorite rock was a "hidden gem" where Zak got down on one knee at the edge of a rock and proposed. 1 Corinthians 13:4-84&nbsp;Love is patient,&nbsp;love is kind.
