The best airport to travel into if you are flying would be Buffalo/Niagara International Airport. The Aloft Hotel / 500 Pearl is under a 15 minute car ride if you take the 33 west into Downtown.

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be inside the Forbes Theatre. The ceremony will take place in the balcony and the reception will take place on the ground floor of the theatre. Forbes has air conditioning and an elevator if you are unable to take the stairs. Cocktail Hour and the reception will immediately follow the ceremony.

The ceremony will start promptly at 4 o'clock. Seating will begin at 3:30 pm. Please be aware that if you are in need of an elevator to the ceremony, it is located near the lobby and not the entrance for the stairs into Forbes Theatre.

The ceremony and reception will be inside however, we do have access to the patio off of Forbes Theatre so if you choose to, you can enjoy an outdoor space with patio furniture and space heaters without leaving the venue.

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire.

Yes! 500 Pearl has an attached parking ramp. All you have to do is tell someone you are here for the SPARACINO/KARPIE wedding and they should give you a tag. There is also street parking available.

We love all of your children, however this will be an adult-only reception.

Our venue will work to accommodate any dietary restrictions. When it is time to RSVP, please note any dietary restrictions directly in your RSVP.
