Not many people can say they have their mother and sister to thank basically getting married. Back in January 2023, after just coming back from dinner with a friend, telling her how she's "done trying to find someone and just wants to be single right now", Zeinab gets a call from her older sister asking her, "So do you want to get married?". That one phone call forever changed her life. One week later Zeinab was going on a sushi date with some guy named Abbas, his mom Safa, and her older sister Sarah. Not the ideal first date she could've asked for, but the best "yes" she could've answered yes to. After a semi-awkward, but overall pretty good first date, Abbas and Zeinab exchanged numbers (thanks to his mom) and both went home. It took Abbas 3 hours to finally text her, after spending said three hours typing up the text message and erasing it multiple times, not knowing what to say. Until finally, his aunt hit the send button on possible text message number 43. Abbas and Zeinab went on to spend hours texting everyday to find out they had a lot in common, most importantly an unwavering love for Justin Bieber and Sushi. A few more dates was all it took for Abbas to come meet Zeinab's parents. Some more sushi dates and a first "I love you" in the Beaumont parking lot lead them to have their tulbe on March 18th, 2023, the beginning of this exciting journey they were both about to embark on.
