3:15 PM Shuttle picks up Parkside guests at gravel lot at bottom of Parkside Resort 3:45 PM Charter bus picks up hotel guests from Hilton Garden Inn and Springhill Suites 4:00 PM Shuttle drops Parkside guests at Venue and 2 shuttles begin pick ups for all Brother's Cove cabin guests (All Brother's Cove guests should be ready for pickup at 4 pm. If you see a shuttle pass your cabin up, it is okay! That means they are full but they will come back for your cabin. They know everyone‘s cabin to pick up from and will be picking guests up between 4-430 pm. 4:35 PM Guests from charter bus arrive to venue and are picked up by shuttles to bring to ceremony location. 4:45- 5 PM Final guests in cabins at Brother's Cove get to The Lodge (venue) from the shuttles *If you are driving yourself, please make sure the couple knows as there are limited parking spaces

10 PM All Parkside & hotel guests go down mountain first to load large bus to head back. This is the only chance for these guests to get on the bus, so make sure you are on the first shuttles down if you're staying at these places! 10:15 PM Brother's Cove guests will get on their shuttles back to the cabins
