Once reservation has been completed, your card will be charged 1.00 USD. Approximately 30 days prior to your arrival, the balance will be charged to the original card on file. Please contact your bank to notify of charge prior (the sooner the better). If your bank was not notified and does not approve of the balance charged, Finest may automatically cancel your room. We did not contract flights for our family, so you would need to book on your own. There are some great nonstop flights from PHL, EWR, JFK & BOS into Cancun CUN. YES! All travelers require a valid passport. Your passport must be VALID 6 months after your return date. If you do not have a passport or need to renew please try to get one ASAP to avoid delay.

Finest Playa Mujeres is an all inclusive resort so all your food and drinks are included. Bring extra cash if you would like to leave the wait staff gratuity. Sunscreen, bug repellant, a reusable straw and a tumbler to keep your drinks cold.

Club Level is an added level of service where you would receive premium liquor, upgraded amenities, exclusive access to additional restaurants, and a private beach area. Club level is not required nor essential to have a great time.
