WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Please RSVP by 18 November 2024. We need to have final numbers in place with our vendors three months prior to the wedding.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

Your presence will be certainly missed. Please decline the RSVP. If you have RSVP'd as attending, but find that you can no longer make it, please contact Katie and Gathan as soon as you can.

WHERE IS THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be taking place at Shack Revolution, Hereford. The ceremony will begin at 1pm, please arrive to be seated at 12:30pm. The evening reception will begin at 6:30pm, please arrive promptly for the entertainment.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

There is no parking at Shack Revolution, there are plenty car parks in the area however charges may apply. Please see the travel section of our website for information regarding taxi transport and nearest hotels.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Your invitation will be made to "{Your name} & Guest" if a plus one is expected.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

We are at maximum capacity with all of our family and friends joining us on our special day, and so children are invited to the evening only. Your invitation will be made to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if we are expecting your children to attend the ceremony.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (formal) for the wedding.

CAN I BRING CONFETTI?

Absolutely! However, please be mindful that the venue only allows biodegradable confetti.

CAN I SHARE PICTURES OF YOUR BIG DAY ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

We kindly ask that you do not share any photos on social media of the wedding until either Katie or Gathan have had the chance to do so first.
